## Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: Why aren't my slash commands working?**\
**A:** Ensure the Helix bot has the correct permissions on your server (Read Messages, Send Messages, Add Reactions, etc.) and that you've invited it using the proper invite link. Also, check that you've waited a few seconds after joining for Discord to update its cache.

**Q: What should I do if the game becomes unresponsive?**\
**A:** If a game appears stalled or if one player is inactive, an admin can terminate the session. Please reach out to admin in the `#support` to end the game. Additionally, Helix includes an inactivity timer to automatically end games after a period of inactivity.

**Q: How are my moves tracked?**\
**A:** Every move updates the in-game embed, displaying your champion’s current health and remaining power uses. If you notice discrepancies, please review the game logs (available to admins) or report the issue to our support team.

**Q: My opponent left mid-game. What happens?**\
**A:** If a player disconnects or leaves the server during a match, the game will either automatically end after a timeout or can be manually terminated by an admin.

**Q: Can I run Helix on my own server?**\
**A:** Absolutely! While Helix is featured on the Zafda server, you can invite the bot to your own server using our provided invite link. All commands and gameplay remain consistent. (This is currently WIP), please reach out to the admins for further details.

## **Troubleshooting Tips**

* **Check Bot Permissions:**\
  Make sure the bot has the required permissions in the channel where you’re playing. Missing permissions are often the cause of unresponsive commands.
* **Refresh & Re-invite:**\
  If commands seem to fail or messages aren’t updating, try refreshing your Discord client or re-inviting the bot to the channel.
* **Review Log Files:**\
  For admins, our centralized logging system captures detailed game events. If issues persist, reviewing these logs can help pinpoint the problem.
* **Contact Support:**\
  If you continue to experience problems, please reach out to our support team in `#support` with the details of your issue, including any error messages you’ve seen.
